Upon your arrival in Brussels Airport (Zaventem), there are two ways to travel to Ghent:
By Train
Brussels Airport has its own railway station (BRUXELLES-NAT-AIRPORT). Trains to GENT-SINT-PIETERS leave on a regular base. There is a direct connection (85 min) and a connection with one change of trains in BRUXELLES-MIDI (59 min).
For detailed information and ticket fares, visit http://www.b-rail.be/E/index.php. Upon arrival in GENT-SINT-PIETERS we advise to take a taxi to your destination (Hotel, B & B or hospital). By Taxi
Upon request, we can arrange a pick up at the airport (taxi-limousine) that brings you directly to your destination in Ghent. Do not take a local taxi, they are expensive and are not used to drive in Ghent. We have a contract rate with H&S DRIVE LIMO Company : 90€ (from Brussels Zaventem to Ghent) and 145€ (Brussels South - Charleroi to Ghent) including 30 minutes waiting time.
Please pay this amount upon arrival by cash or credit card to the cab driver, it is not included in the price for the surgery.
